🛒 Ingredients

Main Ingredients:
2 flatbreads (yufka bread)
100 g curd cheese (çökelek)

Optional:
Finely chopped onion
Chopped parsley


🔥 Instructions

Lightly sprinkle water over the flatbreads on a clean tablecloth to soften them before adding the filling. The water should be distributed evenly in small amounts so the bread becomes pliable without getting too wet.

Fold the edges of the tablecloth over the bread and let it rest until softened. This process prevents the bread from breaking and makes it easier to shape.

Once softened, cut the round flatbread in half. Bring the ends of one half together and place fresh or dried curd cheese in the center.

For extra flavor, you may add finely chopped onion and parsley to the cheese.
