ALANYA STYLE CHEESE FILLING
Traditional Oven Filling from Alanya Cuisine
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 7)
- 6 eggs
- 1 kg onions
- 1 kg ricotta/curd cheese (lor)
- 3 bunches parsley
- 200 g butter
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
👩🍳 Preparation
Dice the onions into small cubes and sauté in olive oil.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Place the cooled onions in a mixing bowl.
Add curd cheese, finely chopped parsley, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients well.
Melt the butter in a separate pan and pour it over the mixture.
Mix again until fully combined.
