ALANYA STYLE OĞMAÇ
Traditional Dish from Alanya Cuisine
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 6 pieces yufka bread
- 3 medium onions
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 200 g curd cheese (çökelek)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
👩🍳 Preparation
Finely chop the onions and sauté them in butter over low heat.
Break the yufka bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Pour the hot onion mixture over the bread and rub/mix by hand thoroughly.
🔥 Final Step
- Add curd cheese
- Add finely chopped parsley and salt
- Mix all ingredients well
🍽️ Serving Suggestion
Serve fresh.
Suitable for breakfast or as a light meal.
