Foreigners and Problems Association was established in Alanya to solve their problems

The Association for Foreigners’ Problems, which aims to improve the living conditions of foreigners settled in Alanya, officially started its activities under the leadership of the Association President Sadri Bayat. The association aims to support foreigners in Alanya in matters such as residence, residence permit, citizenship applications, Real Estate Consultancy service, etc.; and also to address issues awaiting solutions such as exorbitant price increases and maintenance fee problems in the real estate sector.

These issues were discussed in detail at the meeting held with the participation of Alanya District President Sadri Bayat, his Deputy Aleksei Smirnov and Women and Children’s Association Alanya District President Yana Zabrudskaya. In particular, the negative effects of rapidly rising real estate prices and high maintenance fee amounts on foreigners were discussed in detail and solutions were discussed.

Sadri Bayat stated that the association started its official activities after receiving its certificates from the headquarters in Istanbul. He also emphasized that the association’s goals will not be limited to just voicing the problems, but will also take the necessary steps quickly to produce concrete solutions. The establishment of the association’s management team and the establishment of membership arrangements were also put on the agenda and evaluated at the meeting.

Bayat thanked all the representatives who attended the meeting and stated once again the association’s solution-oriented strong stance with the words, “We will meticulously take every step to produce solutions to the difficulties experienced by foreigners. We continue on our path with determination.”
